How to make iron man helmet tony stark 's mart 1 hemet easy and step by step

Welcome to all ironman fans..we all love to watch Tony stark's suit with opening helmet, but how long we can only watch ???

Finally its time to build one for ourself.

Pattern :

Step 1:

Since its a complex design we go with the pattern to make it simple.Download and take a printout of the pattern of the above pdf.

   ■ Cut down the pieces separately then project it over a cardbord as outline and cut it down too..

Step 2:

  ■ Take a piece which looks like batman mask ,make it slight curve to fit your face

 ■ Once its finished take a piece for forehead and join it with the it.

The final Outcome will look something like this..

Step 4:

   ■ Take a piece that look like W and join the two side pieces

 ■ Once its finished place it on your face and

Check if the size is ok,if not then increase the size of printout.

■ If everything is ok take a piece of cardbord and place it on the top to make it grip

■That's it our helmet is 60% completed now we can do some decorations .There are some extra piece  paste it ,take the picture as reference.

Step 5:

■ Now our big challenge is to give this ironman helmet opening and closing ability

■ We need to choose the perfect motot for this purpose. I have my broken Servo motor now i am going to use it as normal motor ,you can even it normal motor

■ Remove the back part with screw driver

■ Cut off the three wires and solider 2 wires directly  to the motor

■Check it with battery whether its working

■ Make a perfect hole for the servo motor on the helmet and paste the motor there.

■ Take a Cardbord and paste it as spectacles on both size

■ In one side make a hole and in other side paste the Servo's gripper

■Now we can gently inster the mask to helmet

Step 6:

■ Finally  its painting  time before  starting our painting we have to hide the joints of cardbord with glue or paper paste(soak the paper for 2 hours  then grind it)

■ Leave it to set for 1 hrs.

 ■ Then ,Start painting!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • FINALLY 😎😎

Step 7:

■ Though its almost ready we have to control the motor with either motor driver or 2 way switch

■ We choose to build our own 2 way switch by using aluminium foil and cardbord

Working :

     ● I have pasted the aluminum foil in two different cardbord  one with zig zag in-between an insulator is placed  and another with parallel

 ● Join a wire to all the foils and sandwich the cardboard with double sided tape

●when the button  is pressed on top current flows through as +ve and -ve ,when pressed at bottom current flows  -ve and +ve . This changes the direction of the motor

●  Or you can simply use a motor driver to control the motor direction

 ● Now attach  the switch by joining the 2 wires of motor to 2 top pins of switch and 2 wires of battery to switches bottom

Hurayy!!!!!! We have made our own helmet😁

Robotic arm with coding and physics explanation

Presently, the robotic arms are used in various industrial applications like fixing of parts and assembling of the motherboards etc. which seeks the human power power in large scale but are done easily by these robots with certain range of higher accuracy. DIY Robotic Arm Here, we are going to see how to make a "DIY Robotic Arm",  which is the miniature size of the industrial robotic arm in a completely working state along with the coding written in  Arduino software. Few months back I was trying a simple robotic arm. But practically working is not posible. It's effeciency is only 53% Now we are going to see a fully completed Robotic arm with 17 stepper motor Come!! let's see how the robotic arm is working Buy the components at better price from here👇👇 1. How to make water level indicator with Arduino and Smart phone || Science projects for school and College

Welcome Warriors!! yes Warriors ,because all worriors don't fight    but some SAVE NATURE!! In Today's blog we are going to make a smart water level indicatort save ground water from unnecessary overflow. Now let's get Started........ Step 1:     * First grab all the component required for this project .     Components Required     1. Arduino pro mini  Click here to buy!     2. Ultrasonic sensor  Click here to buy!     3. 3.7 volt battery  Click here to buy!     4. Pcb board  Click here to buy!     5. Header pins  Click here to buy! Step 2:  Connect the ultrasonic sensor and bluetooth with arduino as shown .  Once its completed now its time to upload the code to our pro mini .Connect the pro mini to arduino for uploading the code with the following diagram Code for uploading :  Bluetooth app : Hurrayyyy!!!!! Our Water level indicator is ready .. Place all the components inside a plastic box. And ultrasonic sensor on the top of the water tank.   Now its working fine. For b
